Amazing office! If you need any dental work, I highly recommend Dr. Javier Martinez the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly understanding and they work with all patients, which makes the experience so much more comfortable. I love how diverse and welcoming the environment is. You can really tell they care.

I’ve been a patient at this office for a few years and have always received excellent care—from routine cleanings to more complex procedures. However, my recent experience with a Zoom whitening treatment was deeply concerning. Within hours of the procedure, I became severely ill, experiencing intense nausea, chills, joint pain, and a debilitating migraine that lasted nearly a week. While I understand some sensitivity is expected, what I experienced went far beyond that. I believe the rinsing process during the treatment may not have been thorough. The hygienist was dismissive of my discomfort and rushed through the rinsing step.

When I called the office the next day, the receptionist was kind and even shared that she had felt unwell after her own Zoom treatment. However, when I later spoke with the hygienist, she completely dismissed the possibility that the treatment could have caused my symptoms, which I found frustrating and unprofessional. I requested a refund due to the severity of my reaction—this impacted my health, caused lost income, and, most disappointingly, resulted in zero visible whitening. I took before and after photos, and there’s absolutely no difference. I emailed the office manager and received no response. When I followed up by phone a week later, I was told there was a new office manager who would get back to me within 24 hours.

It’s now been three days, and I still haven’t heard anything. I’m writing this review as a warning to others. I believe some dental offices push add-on treatments like Zoom whitening without fully considering whether they’re appropriate or safe for every patient. I feel that this service was unnecessarily recommended and ultimately harmful in my case. I would strongly urge others to think twice and do thorough research before agreeing to this treatment.

All around the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. All on staff are super friendly and professional. I very much appreciate both Monique and Tatiana’s light touch and efficient, skillful approach to cleanings. They are both very patient and knowledgeable with assessment and explanation of potential treatment. Dr.

Martinez did an onlay for me a year ago and he and Jae were very kind and considerate, worked with me around my anxiety of needles and answered all my questions with thoughtful explanations. I very much appreciate Dr Martinez’ conservative approach to treatment and feel that the entire staff really cares about patients as people . I HIGHLY recommend this practice and will note that I currently reside a three hour plan ride from Ft Lauderdale and will fly down for my appointments.

This was my very first visit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. Monique and Alex were especially amazing they took their time to break everything down in a way I could understand and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

The office itself is beautiful and well-kept, and the entire team made me feel right at home. I’m truly impressed and excited to continue my orthodontic journey here!
