I am so happy I found 1021 Dental. The staff is consistently concerned, competent in caring for me and frequently goes above and beyond when I need them to. Dr. Vasu takes time to answer my questions, explain the reasons for my plan of care, and skillfully executes them in a timely manner. I LOVE my dentist!

This office has been contacting me for over a year about my billing problem. I have dual insurances that I have given to them multiple times and then they say we need your insurance information. There is clearly a documentation issue at this office, and who knows what happens to my insurance information, that has been given to them multiple times. I confirmed months ago that they received payments from my insurance, I got a call today saying they are sending me another bill.
Mind you my last and only appointment with this office was over a year ago. I am not one to write bad reviews, but as if having dental work isn’t stressful enough, this office will make sure that the billing side of it is even more stressful.

I had a great experience here! I am a new patient, so I didn’t know what to expect. All the staff were nice and welcoming! They took their time on all services and still finished in a timely manner! I would highly recommend to others looking for a dentist in the area.

This office was clean and impressive. All interactions with intake staff, technicians and Dr. Vasu were pleasant and smooth and offered a feeling of reassurance and comfort.
My dental issues were taken into careful consideration, and I received thorough feedback and detailed description of the assessment and suggested procedures to follow for treatment. The experience was excellent and extremely helpful.
